Robert J. Ringer, Jr. is a graduate of Muhlenberg College (‘70) and Suffolk University Law School (‘73). Mr. Ringer began his practice in Maine in 1973 when he became associated with the firm of Alan C. Sherman, Esq. In 1976, Mr. Ringer and Mr. Sherman created the partnership of Sherman and RInger. In January 1982, Mr. Ringer joined his present partnership.

Mr. Ringer has extensive experience in matters of family law, personal injury, real estate and general civil matters. He has centered his trial experience within the state court system.

Mr. Ringer is a member of the Waterville, Kennebec and Maine State Bar Associations. He is a past president of the Waterville Bar Association.

Mr. Ringer resides in Waterville with his wife, Carole, and their three children, Megan, John and Sarah. Mr. Ringer is actively involved in the first Congregational Church of Waterville where he serves as a deacon.
